- Automatic payments are charged (to the card on file) on the 15th of each month.
- Balance must be paid no later than November 1, 2023 despite the enrollment date.
- Please be sure to choose the plan that matches your preferred room style.
- Roommate requests can only be established for confirmed attendees.
(Roommates can also be paired by compatibility during the program period.)
- Reservations are Nonrefundable but may be transferred to a new guest.
(Written request is required and is subject to approval).
